Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) has emerged as a potential natural remedy for enhancing sleep quality and promoting healthy sleep patterns. This research article aims to investigate the sleep-enhancing effects of Reishi mushroom by understanding its impact on sleep patterns and sleep quality. Through an extensive review of existing literature and studies, this article aims to elucidate the scientific evidence supporting the use of Reishi Before Sleep mushroom for optimizing sleep health.
